Inidanapolis, died June 21, 2003. He was born June 27, 1916 to Walter and Sophie Dewald in Cincinnati, OH. Mr. Dewald lived in Newport, Ky. In December 1941 he married Lucille Hatley, who preceded him in death in 1981. Mr. Dewald was a First Sergeant in the Army during WWII. In 1947, he was transfered to Indianapolis as superintendent of Bluebird Pie Co. and had resided in Indianapolis since. He also worked as a mail carrier. Since 1957, he was the owner of Jewelry by Ceil, a wholesale distribution company. Mr. Dewald was Past President of Rivera Club, Mudcreek Players, and the indianapolis Gift Mart. He was a member of Breakfast Optimast Club, Indianapolis Rose Society, Millersville Lodge, Masonic Temple, and the Murat Shrine. He was an N gauge model train enthusiast, and a member of CiNtrak.He is survived by his wife, Patricia DiLuciano Dewald. They were married in February 1983. He is also survived by his children, Ronald G. Dewald and his wife Diane of Hickory, NC; Gaye Beam and her husband David; Mark S. Dewald of Indianapolis; and step-son David DiLuciano and his wife Alma. He leaves five grandchildren: Christine, Gregory, Michael, Matthew, and Michelle, and three great-grandchildren: Victoria, Jaclyn, and Megan. His sister, Betty Weidinger of Ft. Thomas, KY also Survives.
